Instructions for accessing the Comprehensive Data File:
1. Click on “View Reports” then “MAP Growth Reports”
2. Click on the “Data Export Scheduler” in the third box down on the right hand corner of the page
3. Click on “Enable” and select “One Time” for the frequency
4. Select the term which I believe would be Fall 2017-2018 and would be defaulted to that selection automatically.
5. Export Type would be the “Comprehensive Data File”
6. Aggregation should be set to “School” so each school has their own
7. Select the schools by using the checkbox option (last page, Wilkerson)
8. Click “Save” this will order the files and you would retrieve the files from this same page when complete. (see image below)
