Infinite Campus Gradebook Training and SPP&G Updates (2016-2017 school year)
Special Area teachers: Depending on the administrator, some schools will have Special Area teachers use ONLY 1 category into which they put ALL their grades.
All Teachers: Big change is use of three grading categories. The % of each has changed.

- MUST use all three categories.
- Category %'s have CHANGED. Engagement = 20%, Progression = 30%, Mastery = 50%
- MINIMUM number of grades would be 2, 2, and 2.
- No one assignment can = more than 1/3 of an entire category
- Assignment List must now include BOTH the assignments Date "Assigned" and "Due" (When creating an assignment, the default date fills both)
- The categories must be setup IN Infinite Campus

Browsers (No more Java Updates to deal with
- Firefox has cut off Flash, so don't use it
- Internet Explorer 10 or above - just update Flash
- Chrome - ECE reports do not work on it
Account Settings (very bottom left)
- choose Campus Instruction rather than Campus Tools in drop-down list
- Click check boxes to Show Active Students Only. Show Student Number, Show Student Picture, Use Student Chart for attendance
- Click Save

Seating Chart
- Make it one column, then drag each where you need it.
- Save
- Go to Report Options = change Orientation, and choose to Show First, Last, Nickname, Picture
- To print, generate the report, download a copy as a PDF and print using Adobe's Page Sizing & Handling options (Size > Shrink over-sized pages or Poster)
Roster
- Strike through the 2nd bullet in the JCPS Campus Instruction Quick Start Guide (reads "Select student's name to view/print contact....")
- Right-click on "To Student Information", opens a New Tab
Grade Book (edit later, see below w/ pics)
- Go To Grade Book > "Settings" > Grade Calc Options > [Grade Calculation window opens]
- In Grade Calculation window, click "Show All" button. Use "EL - Primary" for grading
- Grade = drop-down arrow under
- Red word Post will be visible. MS/HS
- Elem (will still do Grading by Task, Grading by Assignment)

- Section Summary -
- Student Summary - under "Page Printing Options", select radio button "Show Assignment Detail" for one-student per page reports for P/T conf
- Blank Spreadsheet - fire drills, etc
Conferencing
- Under "Grade Tasks", by students' name, the blue triangle shows "Box and Whiskers" data
