Day 10 - In OR Out the Computer Lab - Monster Coding Certificate
A special project, when the Computer Lab may or may not be available for regular computer classes, is the all-hands on Smartboard Monster Coding group activity. Students may earn an Hour of Code Certificate for completing 17 of 18 levels activities.
Framed Lesson
Objective:
I can learn correct Coding Vocabulary.
I can write a code FUNCTION
EXAMPLE= when run, DO (move=Up, Down)
EXAMPLE= when run, SET (color=Red, Blue)
I can code with a BOOLEAN (true/false).
EXAMPLE= SHOW Map Lines (True or False)
EXAMPLE= HIDE Map Lines (True or False)
I can build code with a LOOP
I can code with an IF/ELSE DO
